Another Bollywood actress got hitched, and her wedding reception was grand, in which all the big stars of the industry participated. Yes! You got us right! We are talking about Preity Zinta and Gene Goodenough’s wedding reception.
Preity Zinta and Gene Goodenough before their wedding, dated for around 18 months. Gene is a big businessman. He had accompanied Preity for many IPL matches and had also supported her during her breakup phase with her earlier boyfriend, Ness Wadia. Previously, all their friends thought that their relationship would not last long. But, the duo proved them all wrong.
The dimpled girl of Bollywood and Kings XI Punjab IPL team owner, Preity Zinta threw a grand reception for her tinsel-town friends on 13th May 2016, to celebrate hers and Gene’s secret wedding. The duo got married in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles on 29th February 2016. This wedding event was attended by Preity’s best friends Sussanne Khan and Surily Goel from Bollywood. Sussanne Khan had also shared a lot of pictures from her trip to Los Angeles, which later confirmed that she visited the place to attend her best friend’s wedding.

Their wedding reception was held on Friday, 13thMay 2016. It was a lavish event, which was hosted in a 5-star Hotel in Mumbai. The grand wedding reception saw many big stars from the Bollywood and Cricket. Gene Goodenough’s parents specially came to India for participating in the event.

Moreover, the most surprising part of the event was that the Salman attended the reception with his rumored girlfriend, Lulia Vantur. Abhishek Bachchan too attended the event, and he was seen greeting Salman Khan and enjoying and rocking the dance floor with Salman and Iulia until the wee hours of the morning.
Another tinsel-town stars who attended the reception to wish the couple included Shahid Kapoor with his pregnant wife Mira Rajput, Karan Johar, Farah Khan, Madhuri Dixit along with her husband Sriram Nene, Lara Dutta with her husband Mahesh Bhupati, Sushmita Sen, Yuvraj Singh with his fiancée Hazel Keech, Dia Mirza, Juhi Chawla, Bobby Deol and many more.
Another couple apart from the bride and the groom, who stole the limelight were Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput, the lovebirds, who entered the venue with hand-in-hand. I must say both of them were looking adorable together, and Mira’s pregnancy glow was quite evident.
